From the moment I entered the fashion space one thing became very clear, that is every retailer offers the same experience regardless of brand. The only time I felt a different vibe was when entered a high-end boutique. I was keen on the details of how the store was ran. I asked questions, why did this experience feel different? I looked around I took mental notes and came to my conclusion; it was about the experience. I felt like a luxurious customer, I felt important. most importantly I left with a concept.
at the end of the day customers want to feel luxurious. there's a massive opportunity in the market, common retail brands offer the same bland experience for prices that don’t match. High end boutiques give great experience but are out of reach for a large part of the consumer base. What Adrienne’s would do is blend the luxury experience with everyday prices. I believe this concept would be the first of its kind, and reimagine a dormant shopping experience.
